We are excited to invite a proactive
Recruiter to our esteemed Talent Acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you will implement targeted recruitment strategies centered on relationship management and enhancement of the hiring process. As a trusted advisor, you will ensure an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Recruitment Processes: Manage comprehensive recruitment activities for clinical and management roles within your assigned region, including talent sourcing, detailed screenings, interview coordination, and offer negotiations to facilitate a seamless hiring experience.
- Collaborate on Sourcing Initiatives: Partner with various functional teams to create and execute effective sourcing strategies designed to attract both active and passive candidates.
- Employ Varied Sourcing Techniques: Utilize a diverse range of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, advertising, diversity outreach, email campaigns, referrals, and internal promotions to cultivate a strong talent pipeline.
- Networking Engagement: Participate in industry networking events such as career fairs and conferences, as well as college visits, to broaden our candidate pool and forge new professional connections.
- Enhance Candidate Experience: Deliver outstanding support to candidates by addressing inquiries promptly and assisting with any additional needs throughout the hiring process.
- Build Partnerships with Hiring Managers: Develop robust relationships with hiring managers and business leaders through regular meetings to discuss recruitment strategies and provide timely updates.
- Ensure Compliance: Guarantee that all recruitment practices align with company policies and meet federal and state regulations.
- Optimize Recruitment Procedures: Continuously identify and implement enhancements to the recruitment process to drive efficiency.
- Remain Industry-Informed: Stay current with the latest trends in talent acquisition, sharing insights and best practices within the Talent Acquisition team.
- Strategic Recruitment Support: Exhibit strategic thinking to effectively partner with hiring managers in achieving their recruitment objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience - Required
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in high-volume healthcare recruiting (20-30 hires per month) - Required
- General Recruiting: A minimum of 5 years in recruiting across diverse roles - Required
- Customer Service: Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and collaborating effectively with business leaders - Required
- Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities; capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team - Required
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and various recruitment technologies - Required
- Presentation Skills: Strong ability to convey information effectively and respond to queries from managers, clients, and the public - Required
- Preferred Experience: Experience in dialysis recruiting and familiarity with Phenom.

Interview Process
- Format: Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams, with candidates required to have their cameras on during the session.
